This Agreement is entered into as of March 13, 2026 by and between:

Crowdfund Junkie (“CFJ”); and {name-1}, on behalf of {text-1} (“Founder”).

CFJ and Founder may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

Founder has requested to be featured by CFJ in a recorded interview and/or episode featuring Founder’s product and/or crowdfunding campaign (the “Episode”). CFJ does not charge any fee for participation; however, as a condition of being featured, Founder agrees to include CFJ’s Episode graphic and a direct link to the Episode in a required campaign Update so backers can easily access the Episode.

No payment required: CFJ does not require any payment, fee, or “pay-to-play” arrangement for Founder to be interviewed or featured.

Editorial control: Founder understands CFJ retains full editorial control over the Episode, including the right to edit for length, clarity, and format.

Founder agrees to include and display the following within the Required Update:

• CFJ Episode graphic / thumbnail
• A clickable link to the Episode on CFJ’s YouTube channel

The placement must be prominent and easily visible to backers.

If a post-campaign survey will be sent: the Update announcing the survey must include the CFJ Graphic and CFJ Link.

If no survey will be sent: the Update announcing the beginning of shipping must include the CFJ Graphic and CFJ Link.

Founder grants CFJ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Founder’s name, product name, company name, logos, and brand assets to produce, publish, and promote the Episode.

CFJ will not imply endorsement beyond stating Founder participated in the Episode. Founder will not modify CFJ graphics or links in a misleading way.

Founder acknowledges the Required Update placement is a material part of the consideration for being featured.

• Removal/withholding of feature: CFJ may delay publication, unlist, remove, or withhold the Episode.
• Liquidated damages: Founder agrees to pay CFJ $1,500 if the Required Update placement is not completed.

CFJ retains all rights to the Episode, CFJ Graphic, CFJ Link, and branding. Founder retains ownership of their trademarks and brand assets.

The Parties are independent contractors.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the Parties and may be signed electronically.
